All sales of American Notecards rack programs are final. Because our products are wholesale rack programs shipped fully assembled, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at wholesale@americannotecards.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the affected items at no cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong series or quantity, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund for the incorrect items.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
